Trying to create an account for my 13 yo

It won't let it go through saying not old enough but also does not give me the option as a parent to say it is OK to have account going round in circles.

Any advice?

Hi @doubledutch  It should be possible for a 13 year old to set up Samsung Account with parental permission.  

 "IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OLD, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE, OR PROVIDE SAMSUNG WITH ANY PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION. If you are 13 or older but under the age of 18, you represent that you and your parent or guardian have reviewed and understand the Agreement".    Full Terms and conditions here https://account.samsung.com/membership 

However know in the past that some under 16's appeared to have issues as can be seen from this thread https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/mobile-apps-services/authorising-samsung-account-for-under-18s/
