Is this an old simcard or new sim I had a similar issue whith my banking app couldn't log in that's because my old phone was still registered to that account (old phone was broken) so had to call up it was my old sim but that was the registered device each device has a unique code number it might be the same for emails not sure so if your email is logged in on another device that you can access then logout on that device and clear cache and history if I find anything else I'll try and message you but yes it depends on sim or any previous devices your email is logged on if this don't work calll a help number

@Geoffers58: What happens when you attempt to sign in to mymail.co.uk? Do you get any error messages or notifications, or does the page simply fail to load? Are you still able to access the site via another compatible device e.g. a home computer?

Have you considered registering your email address to your Galaxy J3, so you're able to access your emails using a dedicated email app? In this instance, I recommend using Gmail, as this supports a host of third party email providers. To proceed, swipe up from your Home screen > Tap on the Google folder > Gmail > Tap your profile in the top right > Add another account, then follow the on screen instructions. Let me know how you get on.

We have this problem too. It is not a Samsung problem. We first met it while on holiday in the Isle of Man and put it down to not being in the UK proper. It happened on a Samsung phone, a Nokia phone and a Lenovo tablet. On return home, it worked OK, then we changed broadband supplier to Virgin and it reoccurred, except on a Windows 10/Firefox desktop still via WiFi. It also happens when logging into our My Virgin Media account. No-one seems to have a solution. Could be over zealous security algorithms on the Virgin router, but that does not explain the success via Windows 10/Firefox for MyMail, but not for My Virgin Media,
