We use the Samsung Mail application in our company to connect to the company email via exchange. Every time for each user, after changing the password on the domain, the application throws errors and crashes, not giving the opportunity to change the password. Most often we have to reinstall the application. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?
We are seriously considering abandoning this app. The problem started with the last update (end of november).

Hi,
just wanted to share my experience, which is exactly the same!! But we are experiencing it only if the phones are under MDM management with ManageEngine. Looks something related to the 365 Token not vaild anymore and cannot be renewd.
On phones connected to our old console (Ivanti MobileIron) the app is still working fine.
Are you using an MDM solution too?
Sadly I don't have a solution yet, but will share it here if/when the ManageEngine support (which is working with Samsung at the moment) find something. We don't want to switch back to Outlook.

yes, we use MDM - Famoc (Techstep). Unfortunately, this problem still occurs. 😞

Hi,
Just for info: Samsung told me that this is a known issue with AD user, related to a Null pointer exception. Starting from the first week of April an update should fix the issue.

The support told me a couple of weeks ago that the release date was postponed to the first week of May.
