Sorry if this is the wrong forum.  I can't seem to find help anywhere.

I am running an iRedmail email server (Exchange).  It works fine from the compose button to send emails (in Samsung Email).

When I reply to emails, it adds <div>s to the entire email.  I sent a clean email to my account from Gmail to my Exchange email, then replied from Samsung Email.

Are there any settings I can change to fix this behavior on Samsung email, or do I need to switch to BlueMail?

Thanks

Hi, and welcome to the UK community

Try turning off Rich text.

Alternatively, please send this as feedback using your Samsung members app. Just head to the Support section and tap on Ask questions 1724173022984_1724173022975_0.jpg

That looks much better.  Do I need to turn off Rich Text for every email I reply to?

Thank you!

Hi, you're welcome. I suppose it would depend on the content. Leave it off for now and see how you get on.
