Samsung capture app

 started having this problem recently

Whenever i take a screenshot , this message appears , but the screenshot is still saved in my gallery

And when i click on settings and go to permissions , there is no option to allow permission to "files" as they suggest i do in the screenshot

But when i open my secure folder and take a screenshot , the samsung pop-up shows

 how can i fix this ?

Not files to look for it's saying to go into settings then app info search for Samsung capture have you recently downloaded a screen recorder if so you might have switched that as your main permissions I can't think of any other reasons
