Boost "Select Device" button not working

When trying to claim the 6 months free Disney+ subscription, I see a Select Device button, but pressing it doesn't do anything.

I have:
  • successfully logged in 
  • tried clearing all data in Chrome 
  • tried incognito mode
  • tried using the Samsung Internet app instead
  • tried using the DuckDuckGo app instead 
  • I do not already have a Disney+ subscription 
  • I have contacted Customer Support but no success yet
Does anyone know how to resolve this, please?

I just got off a call with Samsung Customer Support. They took control of my phone using the Smart Tutor app and we were able to claim the code. They confirmed that there is an issue with the website which is preventing some people from claiming, and that they are using these remote sessions to resolve it at the moment. So, it doesn't seem to be something that can currently be solved by ourselves. But, I can confirm that Support are able to help you claim remotely.

Another update: I just tried other Boost offers and they all seem to be working. Has the website been updated? Are the offers now working for those of you who couldn't claim them before?

For some unknown reason I was able to claim the offer too. I should received a call from Samsung customer support this morning. They haven't called yet, but it's working now!

Hi guys same here. All the other boost offers show the link/recognise the device but not Disney. Website issue surely?

I tried all day yesterday to get it to work, even contacted them via Facebook messenger and they just went through the process over and over again even though I jad already done it many times already and tied many browsers and devices. Eventually they closed for the night.

This morning at 6am I gave it another try and it worked first time.

I think maybe it's the traffic to their website that causes the issues because I was also having to wait a good 5 minutes for pages to load and it wasn't my Internet connection which was working perfectly fine.

Ive been trying for ages. Why they dangle this in front of us and dont let you redeem is just classic mega corp trying to get you to join them with insentives that lead to nothing.

Still doesn't work for my S23. Clearly been a longstanding problem that hasn't been resolved! So frustrating

It worked for me on a desktop PC, it loaded after a good few minutes and continuous clicking - just keep clicking your device and give it a few minutes in between
It will then ask you which subscription you'd like (6 or 12 months) and then it's another good few minutes after confirming you are not a robot.
