Boost "Select Device" button not working

When trying to claim the 6 months free Disney+ subscription, I see a Select Device button, but pressing it doesn't do anything. 

https://www.samsung.com/uk/boost/disney/

I have:
  • successfully logged in 
  • tried clearing all data in Chrome 
  • tried incognito mode
  • tried using the Samsung Internet app instead
  • tried using the DuckDuckGo app instead 
  • I do not already have a Disney+ subscription 
  • I have contacted Customer Support but no success yet
Does anyone know how to resolve this, please?

Ah shame, I did contact the support team and they sent an email with a link and it worked

That's the one from the email. It did say it was opening in chrome when I clicked on it

Thanks. For me, that URL redirects to the same https://www.samsung.com/uk/boost/disney/ page that's been failing all along. Weird.

Yep. Had two unsuccessful chats and am due a call tomorrow. Fingers crossed it gets resolved.
