When trying to claim the 6 months free Disney+ subscription, I see a Select Device button, but pressing it doesn't do anything.

https://www.samsung.com/uk/boost/disney/

I have:
  • successfully logged in
  • tried clearing all data in Chrome
  • tried incognito mode
  • tried using the Samsung Internet app instead
  • tried using the DuckDuckGo app instead
  • I do not already have a Disney+ subscription
  • I have contacted Customer Support but no success yet
Does anyone know how to resolve this, please?

Thank you

Thanks. So, it might be a case of waiting and trying again in a few weeks?

Glad I'm not alone! I should have said I'm using an S23 Ultra, so maybe it's that series with the issue.

S23 ultra purchase worked for me with the boost deal on disney+.

But being already a subscriber... needed to cancel my subscription and wait for it to expire. Once I was out of membership it was then easy enough to use the promotion code to restart the Disney.

Thanks, Smiley. How did you get your code? Did you just go to the Boost page linked above, sign in and press "Select device"? Assuming that's the option you were presented with.

I believe so... it was a few weeks ago. I do also have an installed app 'samsung boost' on my homescreen that can also access the available boosts as well.

To be honest I think they all go to the same Web pages anyway.

I selected device, login with samsung account and then a code is given in return.

I guess the email might need to match with your samsung account etc.

If this doesn't work I would personally consider clearing the cache and trying again.

P.s. have you tried any of the other boosts ? Maybe worth trying a free trial of something else as well... see if it is unique with Disney or all the boosts.

Appreciate the info and suggestions, Smiley. My email matches my Samsung account and clearing Chrome's cache again didn't solve it.

I have tried other Boosts but it's the same issue. Good idea, though. I'll probably contact Support again tomorrow.
