Samsung mobile phone battery is draining very fast after the UI update of 26th January. This is pathetic. From last two days, when I go to sleep I have around 50% battery and when I wake up my mobile is switched off due to low battery.
Kindly resolve this pathetic issue soon else I need to switch to iphone in next 2 days.
Samsung sucks.
I need to restore my software to the older version immediately.

Same here, using an S20 phone. Battery draining, phone oveheating, apps running slow. Must be caused by the update, everything was fine before that.

Since the last update, I am loosing battery power much faster than before. On the Galaxy S20 model.
UI One version is 5.1

I dealing with issues like a lot of others. My S21, my wife's S21, My 3 children's S20FE , and my son's tab S7FE all run hotter, have shorter battery life, even with clearing Cache, cookies, and running battery optimizations. I am completely furious with recent update.

Any solution found for this or it is a strategy from Samsung to make us buy new phones:))?
Battery used to last up to 2 days, now at max 1 day.

same to samsung A23 battery which drain fast after the UI6.0 update.
I had also done a cache partition wipe but battery still drain fast.
I also realised there is no option to enable/disable the VOLTE after UI6.0 updates may be also the caused of it too.
Samsung, please do the follow:
reinstate the VOLTE enable/disable option.
A rollback/reversion on software version in case of a new software version updates has created a mess like this UI6.0
revert back to removable back case (like note 2 model) for ease of changing battery instead of built-in battery with sealed case
Please take note, consumer spent for a product to ease of daily usage and make life convenience but NOT for a cause of inconvenience and to increase on maintenance of hazard

I experience from a battery draining perspective exact the same. I restarted the phone is safe mode and that somehow cleared the situation for a few days. But then on a next morning my A71 start eating battery power like hell and few hours to empty. It also feels much warmer at the back as mentioned.

As mentioned when I reboot in safe mode issue gone. And then reboot to normal also for a few days it was back to normal. But then on a morning the same battery draining with a very warm feeling phone. Clearly consuming power rapidly.
