WW90T684DLN/S1 Door issues

We put a wash on last night and the door was still locked. The icon was stil lit up. I thought maybe it was still warm in the drum so left it overnight but it still won't open. 

I have tried 

Spin and drain cycle

Draining manually

The dreaded off and on. 

I had to get the washing out the add wash door (which is still accessible for some reason) 

Any ideas would be great as samsung apparently don't offer repairs on a weekend and I have 2 kids to keep clothed

To add the child lock isn't on incase it is asked

At the back of your machine there should be a little default button.Most white goods gave these.It will set the machine to factory reset Good luck.
