Which Model of Fridge Freezer?

Hi, I'm looking for an American four door fridge freezer, with the fridge compartments on the top, plumbed in, with ice maker, max 180cm high, 100cm wide, colour unimportant, in the UK. I thought the RF48A401EB4/EU might do the trick, but it is not plumbed in and I don't want to be refilling. There are too many models to find the right one - can anyone help?

Was going to suggest mine, but it is a refil job, but i preferred that as plumbing was not available. I do find the refill a pain, but it does last and now its colder i was trying to buy an accessory the converts it to storage instead.
