Very loud washer/dryer

Hi all,

Anybody know any fixes for this? Nearly new machine, supposed to be super quiet, but it is extremely loud! Ive added a video below:

The clothes also don't come out smelling nice. A slight burning smell even. Strange as the first two cycles were great, smelt nice and soft too, but now rubbish! I have had engineers around, but said nothing wrong with it and left... But don't really feel satisfied with the amount these cost! Not had it long at all and just problem after problem.

did you remove the transit bolts ??

Thanks for the response. Yes all removed. I took everything apart, put back together and ensured was level, no change in sound on full spin.

Just tried it on silent mode, but still very loud and screechy 😞 just a massive pain every time I use it
