I have had my washer just 3 years 2 months. I have had a loud noise for over a year getting louder every month to wear it is almost unbearable to stay in the laundry room while it is spinning. Mind you this started probably just over the 2 year mark. My husband knew right away what it was a bearing. So started a search for a replacement Washer bearing kit. Could not find it anywhere. So I went on a chat where they sell parts and found out they only sell the Tub assembly module, not the individual bearing kit. The whole assembly cost at the cheapest $333.00, half the cost of the washer. Just ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!! This could have been repaired for $50 but now my husband doesn't want to put over $300 in this washer , when a new one cost just under $600, and even worse you can't even get the black stainless to match my dryer. This is complete BS,, My first washer which was a Kenmore lasted 25 years!
