the ice motor seems to be frozen, we have tried to let the freee defrost and turn it back on seeting the temperature lower but it freezes again.

as you press the ice section with the cup you can hear the sound as if the ice is going to fall but it does not

Hey @mons255, are you referring to the ice dispenser? Did you install the water supply line more than 12 hours ago? Check the waterline, is it connected correctly? Does any nearby tap turn on and work as expected?
