Hi,
I have bought a bit less than 2 years ago a Samsung RB29HSR3DSA fridge and it is constantly noisy (more than 50dB).
It was announced at 39db on the seller’s website, do you think I can do something to make them replace it ?
Have a nice day !

@Snaake: Can you describe the noise that you're hearing? If it is a buzzing sound, and this is louder than expected, then please check the drawers of both the fridge and freezer, as these can sometimes vibrate. Similarly, check the contents of the fridge and freezer, especially any glass containers, and move them to see if this helps. I'd also recommend taking a look at the troubleshooting steps provided below to see if you notice an improvement.
1. Make sure the fridge is set between 1 and 7 degrees Celcius, and the Freezer is set between -15 and -13 degrees Celcius.
2. Is the temperature of the surrounding room quite warm, or is the device near a radiator?
3. Make sure the door is shut properly, and there is no damage to the seal
4. Remove any items that are resting on top of the device
5. Make sure the appliance is stable and on level ground
6. If the fridge freezer is against a wall, move it away slightly to allow for better air circulation.
