I have had my microwave for approx 3 years (just out of warranty) and the touchpad does not work. I contacted Samsung and they told me to go to an engineer to repair it. I have had it repaired twice (I am out of pocket twice) and it's intermittently works and stops. It is now not in action. I had a cheap microwave before this and it is still going strong (10 years not Samsung). My question is do I have a faulty machine or are these new products not built to last. It was not a cheap microwave so didn't expect it to cause this much trouble. It is so frustrating. Can someone provide a solution or is this one to go in the bin. I don't think I will be purchasing Samsung appliances again after this, as I no longer trust them, since they are being unhelpful.
