Is anyone else experiencing totally inadequate customer service with Samsung with regards to getting a product repair??
I've been waiting 4 weeks to get a vacuum collected by DPD. The problem apparently is that DPD have no tote bags left to collect the item in. Quite frankly I just don't believe this, I think it's Samsung making excuses.
I have an item under warranty and there is absolutely zero service or help. I have contacted Samsung by phone and chat. There is no email service to contact and even when I get a promised manager call back it doesn't happen.
How can it be so bad? Ninja had a faulty item replaced within 7 days with no fuss at all. Makes me swear never to buy Samsung again.
How are they expecting a household to cope without a vacuum ????? A few weeks I can manage but 4 weeks and not even collected is ridiculous.
Anyone else got any experience of this issue and how was it resolved.
Desperate and extremely frustrated now !!!!!!!!!

Hi Liz. Exactly the same situation here. Managed to get it collected after having my repair cancelled (had to call up to find out why it was cancelled, it was given a new ref number but no one told me). DPD have finally collected but another 10 days and all is quiet; went on the chat today and was offered a gift card straight away so they obviously know there is an issue. 3 weeks vacuumless.
