Anyone have one of these yet thinking about buying one and would love a quick honest review of someone who actually owns one and has spent time running it.

We have one of these, have had robot vacuums for 7 or 8 years, also plenty of dog hair. the brush does auto cut the hair , which the old ones didn't do, however in a couple of months the brush has broken twice as it is very narrow in the center where the cutter is and has snapped. Its an obvious design flaw, we are also struggling with samsung support now for over six weeks trying to get it repaired for a second time. Apparently they claim the brush is not a a part of the vacuum. When we get a refund we will purchase a Eufy instead.

I only ever experienced this at Samsung KX product demos, not real world, BUT it was set up in a mini living room and vacuumed allot of grit and bits we kept chucking down to test it.

I really wanted to see the mop function.

If your close to Samsung Kings Cross (KX) best check and pop in and try it out.

Just a bit far away I'm near Liverpool. Kind of hoped someone had one for a month or two and could give a honest review of running it daily. I'm unsure as I have a dog and although the hair grinder sounds great I don't want to be unwrapping hair every day from the roller. Plus I tested a non Samsung one a few years ago and I kept getting notifications that it was on the edge of a cliff which turned out to be the edge of the rug. I'm sure things have massively improved since then but an actual user would help me decide to purchase or not for my needs.

Thanks that's what I was concerned about tbh it's hard enough on standard hoovers let alone a smaller unit with a small roller. Thanks for taking the time to give an honest opinion.
