Inside fridge picture not working

RS68N8941SL - I have just purchased this american fridge freezer.

Apart from when the fridge was first turned on, I have not been able to see an updated picture of the inside of the fridge.

This is the same on the Family Hub app and SmartThings app.

 

Any help please.

I've found a red button, inside the fridge door. Press and release, this reset the display on the fridge also works on the apps. Job done, by myself.

Inside My Fridge also does not work. Everything else (so far) does work. It says 'image recognition failure'.

Try to do a reset. Inside the fridge door, at the top, there is red switch under a plastic cover. Press this switch for ten seconds and everything should go back to normal.

this was a rocker, so off and on. I did do it, no change. I also did a factory reset, no change. still comes up with "Image Recognition Failure, try again shortly".

Where is the camera? maybe it is still covered with plastic (unit installed yesterday).

Started showing up the day after the warranty expired. Fishy! Error code 41.

I've had an error 41 coming up for the last 4 weeks and also no inside camera view. We've reset a dozen times which hasn't worked. An engineer came out and changed the control board, still hasn't resolved the issue. They are now going back to Samsung to see what else could be causing the problem.

RF23A9771SR - I’m having this problem with my brand new fridge. Spent a whole day with Samsung on the phone and they couldn’t resolve it. Unfortunately the fridge is brand new but out of warranty as it was sitting unused in our garage for 1+ year (our family gifted us new appliances when we got new house - couldn’t return the fridge during that time) Now we started using it and nothing seems to fix this issue. I tried reset, factory reset, everything. Even checked the plugs and wires above the door

Yep guys got the error 41 code too on my fridge rf22n9781sr. After my warranty ended as well 1 yr ago. Samsung was good enough to send out a repair guy to fix my ice machine (probably from all the lawsuits) but the e41 code popped up days after he fixed it, possibly from him leaving the outlet plug halfway out? Fishy. The issue appears as the inside camera not showing up correctly. It shows as 3 black screens with a light shining down. And the smart view doesn't recognize it. We restarted with a 10min power cycle and red toggle switch too. No luck. Seems like it was due to a software update issue, since everything else in the smart hub works. 

The repair guy of course didn't claim his faulty workmanship. He also tried to come out to my house unexpectedly and replace the behind the fridge control board. I asked him if it would fix it and he said 80%sure it won't...then why offer me this solution if not just to get money from my situation?! We tried to get Samsung to send someone else out but didn't have any luck and was quoted 1200$$$ to fix. The guy was basically 80%sure it was the family hub (board) that was bad. But we all suspect it was Samsungs FW update that purposely corrupted the camera feed maybe even with a pre defined Samsung camera image. Since I'm not sure how the 3x camera screen image looks the way it does. What a crapshow, luckily we don't use the camera or else id call John Wick to get my issue resolved.

Did you figure it out. Mine was delivered yesterday and image is blurred like its covered with plastic.
