I found my samsung condenser dryer has an 'HC' error code showing on Wednesday and looked at the options in the manual which states service call required.
I bought the appliance to replace a previous faulty samsung model with a five year warranty for £500 which is a lot of money in my opinion. It turns out now, that I didn't register the appliance so I have no warranty left so I'll have to pay.
Is this correct? I'm a heating engineer and get loads of warranty issues which I can sort out very easily?
This is the fourth laundry appliance I have purchased over the last 12 years and I'm not impressed at all.
