The error code "CL" on a Samsung dryer indicates that the Child Lock is on: 

What appens when Child Lock is on

When the door is opened, an alarm will sound and the error message "CL" will appear. The dryer will automatically drain after 30 seconds, and the alarm and error message will remain until the cycle is complete. 

How to deactivate Child Lock

The exact buttons to press to deactivate Child Lock vary by model, but it's usually a combination of two buttons, such as Temp and Time or Dry Level and Temp. The control panel will indicate which buttons to use. 

How to reset the dryer

To reset the dryer, you can unplug it from power for about five minutes, or turn off the power at the circuit breaker for five minutes.
