So £400 pound for a fridge freezer what lasts 8 months and now my fridge temperature lights are going up and down all night long bleeping like disco lights ,not a good buy😡 and was told my repair was non essential so no repairs at the moment,I just hope the freezer part stays working and I don't lose all my food ,I also hope that how ever long this lockdown lasts this continuous bleeping noise don't send me insane,i wouldn't buy any Samsung products again

That is fine @Not_impressed. In this case, we will recommend contacting them again once that this has passed so you can get this looked at by one of our engineers.
Have a nice weekend now.

It's now July and Boris says that people can go back to work , does this mean my fridge can be repaired now??

Were you able to get this fixed? I know exactly what you have been going through. My freezer, which is a different model but also a Samsung, has been randomly changing the freezer temps on its own. I need to know which part is bad so I can replace it myself.

It did get fixed eventually but I couldn't tell you exactly what was repaired, one part was a circuit board inside at the back and the second part was the unit at the top front of the fridge, it's been fine ever since , good luck👍🏻

Hi - I don't know how to create a new topic here, so inserting here. We have a Samsung Fridge Freezer - model RL4362FBASL - and we have a continual bleeping noise coming from it (or so we think) - I have switched it off at the mains for over 5 minutes to reset it, but the bleeping continues when it is switched off
Key question here is can the fridge still bleep at all when disconnected?
Thanks
Michael
