Fridge door swings

Have recently purchased a Samsung fridge freezer (RB36R8839SR) and the top fridge door will swing towards closing, but not fully close.  The lower freezer door will remain open until manually closed.  The fridge is on a flat level surface and is itself level.  How do I get the top fridge door to remain open so I don't get hit by it when putting shopping away?!

@Jari007: Please be aware that the hinge of the refrigerator door features an 'Auto Closer', however the removal of this part would require some disassembly, which could be tricky. If you take a look at pages 49-59 of the user manual via the link below, then this will give you an idea of the complexity of the task, therefore you may wish to reach out to our Help Desk to arrange for an engineer to do this for you.
