Can anyone at Samsung or on here help us, our large American fridge arrived and it was damaged, the right top hinge is bent and the door doesn’t shut properly, we have now been without a fridge for days, I’ve emailed, live chat and phoned, we go round and round in circles, all we want is a replacement and the broken one taken away, how hard can this be ?, The Samsung call centre is obviously outsourced and is terrible, please help

Yes I did 👍, all I want is Samsung to deliver me a new replacement fridge and pick up the broken one which hasn’t even been plugged in, how hard can it be 🤷♀️
