my refrigerator stopped working and it was 7 months since I bought it,I called Samsung for the warranty obviously I called on a Sunday and they made me appt for Monday of the next week, 8 days later, ok I was waiting for the technician but someone call me and he told me that the appt is canceled until almost week later, they made me waste time, food and money,I called Samsung again. They told me a thousand apologies and also told me that they would give me a redound for my lost food( keep the evidence where they told me they would) they also told me send us the list of our list food lost, I send the photos to a phone number that they told me and today after a month they call me to tell me that they will no give me any refound,they lied to me and we playing with me because they always told me call this place or wait someone will call you they don’t have credibility with costumers and their equipment is no longer being manufactured properly, everything is already for a low quality but the price are expensive. Two years ago the same thing happened with my washing machine, buy another brand LG and this time I made the mistake of buying Samsung again

I have the exact same issue! I bought my refrigerator 3 months ago, and it already broke. They sent a technician a week later who could not fix it and had to order additional parts. Another week passed until they finally fixed it. I had to take off work twice to be present for the technician. I also lost time, food, and money. When I spoke to Samsung, they also told me that they would reimburse me for the lost food but that I could get it only once the fridge was fixed, which did not make sense at all. After the fridge was fixed, I called again and was told that the fridge was not qualified for food reimbursement because it was not a cooling issue. I have a 1-month-old son and had stacked away milk for him that I had to dump all out. The whole reason why we bought a brand new refrigerator was so that we would not have this issue. The product is low quality, and the customer service is horrible. They disrespect you, lie to you, or completely ignore your issues. I will never buy another Samsung product ever again, and I will make sure that everyone I know will not go through this horrible experience.

Even knowing about the issue of breast milk, they didn't care? Every day I am more disappointed in them and surely there are more people with the same problem as us. But I did tell them in the last call from Samsung that I was going to make sure that none of my family and friends would buy more Samsung.
