Flashing Padlock Symbol on washing machine

Can any body help I have a samsung eco bubble washing machine and dryer that a new symbol has appeared on the display, it's a white flashing padlock which has a smiling face inside of it. What does this mean?

that is looking like the Child Lock. You can find how to deactivate this here.

@skef: Please confirm the model number of your Ecobubble washing machine, and I will look into this further for you. For reference, this should be visible on the sticker on the inside of the door or drum.
