Auto Dose problem with softener ALWAYS

Hi Samsung guys! 

Im writing here about my experience with autodose. 

Washing machine is truly great. Autodose as working also great but many many times softener is not working. I ve tried a lot of different one and nothing. 4 times service visit me but never Samsung share with me any "technical" data about this issue. 

My question is:

Maybe owners of those machines with autodose should make a petition to Samsung for repair it globally or find some solution maybe retrofit a new part or refund some part of washing machine even some small part to buy a new one. (New one got new tray but same valve)

With car companies it works also sometimes with other technical defect (Manufacture fault)

Had my Bespoke AI™ Series 6+ WW11BB534DAES1 Auto Dose for three years now and have been lucky. The only issue with the auto dose has been not taking enough or none at all, but cleaning the draw and running the auto pump clean a couple of times has seemed to work each time. 👍 and we now try to remember to do a clean once a month

Hi Helen, my valve donee the same. I decided to take both apart to see if they was diferent. They are totally the same set up. In one valve their was two little rubber O rings 9ne valve had them bith in place, were as the one that was leaking only had one the other O ring was pust inside the valve, once I had reclaced it they both stopped leaking. Hope this helps.
