Hello, I have a problem with my heat pump drier and Samsung are giving me the run around. The heat exchanger is wet and smells. I presume that this is not normal? Purchased December 2024 direct from Samsung

Help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

What i would suggest is contacting @Sam_UK directly and they should point you in the right direction.

In my opinion, no- it is not normal for it to smell.....
Are you doing routinely user maintenance on the device? the heat exchanger in a heat pump dryer should be cleaned regularly, typically at least once a month *google

Hi yes I clean it regularly but Samsung have said it should be cleaned after every use. But I know that they are giving me the run around  I shall try on that contact you have sent me.
