Hi all.
I got this machine just over a month ago. Quite frankly I’m totally unimpressed, the softner isn’t dispensing the softner on auto dispense. I’ve cleaned the pumps but the water didn’t disperse as it suggested it would.
any ideas??it worked fine now isn’t.
i was going to try to add the softner manually and turn off auto but can’t work out where softner goes…. Middle bit says detergent?
any help would be appreciated, Thanks in advance. Samsung says someone will call and book a repair… wish I could replace it but I’m a few weeks too late.
