Washing machine drum stopped spinning

Samsung eco bubble 10kg WW10N645RBW just over 2 years old. Drum is turning! I tried all settings, with and without load. Even calibration is not working. All filter clean. Was making unusual high noise while spinning lately and now drum completely stopped spinning. Water fills and drains fine. 

Drum can be spinned by hand easily but I can hear something scrapping. 

Is it worth fixing or shall just buy another brand?

 Can't believe it's only been 2 years and just out of warranty. Samsung!!

@LmaryL: Can you see the error code 'Ub' on the display? If you have tried running cycles with an empty drum, and the issue has persisted, then please try running a Spin Only cycle: Press Spin for 3 seconds. When the cycle time and spinning speed appear, press Spin repeatedly until a desired spinning speed is selected, then press and hold Start/Pause. 

I also recommend unplugging the machine at the wall, and trying a different plug socket, as an insufficient power supply can also lead to issues with the spin cycle. Let me know how you get on.

Hi Andrew. I tried an empty drum, spin only cycle and unplugging.
No luck whatsoever. Strangely it's not showing any error code.
