Good afternoon anyone else feel like Samsung washing machines are a bunch of rubbish. Sat in living room last night washing machine was in run rinse and I thought it sounded very loud so went into the kitchen, the water pump in the bottom sounds like a jet fighter taking off! I’ve just taken the pump filter out too clean it thinking it just be dirty, nothing only a little bit of lint but nothing else no debris no bits or anything, I’ve also used my endoscope too check the propellers and they both look brand new as well and turn freely with very slight resistance which Will be the resistance on the motor they are connected too it looked pratically brand new. The washing machine is a washer/dryer WD90T984DSX_GH purchased on the 19/02 of this year so it’s 10months old. Also my softener has stopped working as well. I have cleaned the detergent draw out fully twice, checked my setting making sure auto dispense is on, made sure my water hardness setting is set properly, and my dosage and concentration. Everything looks ok.
