Hey guys I own a wd90t984dsx_gh washer dryer. I’ve been using the auto dispense for the detergent and also the conditioner. The detergent was low so filled it up checked the conditioner and was still full. The draw is not dispensing conditioner, so emptied it cleaned it out refilled, placed on a rinse/spin still not working, made sure it was on in the settings, both set too high on wash and rinse. Emptied again and filled with water too test. No such luck. So I placed it on a wash and when it came too rinsing I took the draw out and pressed the button sensor into thinking the draw was still in. Water is coming from the top of the unit and falling onto the top of the auto dispense draw when it’s engaged is this correct how is the water supposed too get into the draw too push the conditioner out if the water is coming from the water pin holes from the top of the housing that holds the draw? Is it stuck in manual dispense mode or something I thought the water came from the valves in the back?
