@JBo86: That doesn't sound ideal. If you head to Settings > Sounds and vibration > Call vibration, is the vibration intensity slider at a suitable level? Similarly, tap the back button and check the Notification vibration settings to see if the slider is over to the right. You may also wish to try assigning another vibration option to each category to see if this helps.
If the problem persists, head to the Samsung Members app > Support > Phone diagnostics > Vibration, and follow the on-screen instructions. Does the phone vibrate for both the call and notification tests?
