So i got Z Flip 6 for my whife in jice white online only colour, after couple of months inner screen stopped working and Samsung decided to swap. For some reason they said i can't get online exclusive colour as replacement, ok with that but now i lost care + because samsung can't give me invoice for replacement and assurant don't want to change insurance without invoice. Already spent hours calling forth and back and both sides just try to redirect me to each other. So i not sure is there even any point to pay those extra services.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you've encountered with your phone. 😔 

It's a shame that Samsung feels it can't replace the phone with the exclusive colour of phone you took the time and effort to pick 😕

As for Samsung Care+ have a close look at the Terms and Conditions and Faqs to see if you can escalate this. 

I can see that the difficulty maybe because of the complete swap of phone. 

If you need to then as long as your in the UK  / Ireland then send all your into to the Samsung Community Forum Team here via your private message section to SAM_UK to see if they can also help _ no promises they can.
