I have not had my phone very long and the fold inside the flip began to crack and just today when switching apps it decided to show a blck line straight across the screen. I am no longer able to us my phone at all for anything unless its accessible through the external screen which is very limited. All my stuff is on my phone. I paid out of pocket for this phone at a Best Buy and it shouldn't have done this. I always use cases and screen protectors. What can I do. I don't have the means to get a new one at the moment or even fix the screen. This is a 1k phone.

Really when the phone first presented the crack that should have been the time to approach Samsung Customer Services.
You mention Best Buy so it might be beneficial to also post in your own section of the Samsung Community Forum.
