Have had no issue with my main screen at all, it's 10 months old. Updated my Z Flip 6 to One UI 7 the day it was released. It immediately developed an issue where it would take the main screen 10 to 30 seconds to come on when opened. This went on for a couple of days. Yesterday it started showing green/pink graphical artefacts when it did come on and was often unresponsive to touch. Last night the main screen stopped coming on at all.
I though maybe hardware but during a factory reset the main screen comes on fine with the Android logo etc. As soon as One UI 7 loads it stops working again.
As such I can't remove myself from the beta using the Members app. Can I still roll back to One UI 6 using a PC?

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Thanks all, my main concern/issue is I can't get into the Samsung Members app to follows the recommended steps. Might just play it safe and go down the warranty route.

Just to close this off the phone was repaired under warranty. Main screen and batteries (main/sub) were swapped out.

I have this same exact problem. Literally right after the One UI 7 update, my main screen would freeze when opened. Sometimes it would still be frozen after many minutes. It doesn't freeze out of nowhere, only after the main screen as been closed or turned off. And sometimes it would also show rainbow stripes on parts or the entire main screen. I don't get it, it was working perfectly fine before the update.

I did find it mildly suspicious that mine was working before the update. Just as well it was under warranty.

I'd go through the troubleshooting flow for your phone on https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/ but yes it might need to go back if that doesn't help. On the plus side (in the UK at least) the repair service was pretty quick and painless.
