How do I remove myself from the beta program please?

Go to your Samsung Members settings and you will see a One UI Beta Program status entry in there. If you press on it, there will be a 'Withdraw' button.

Removing yourself from beta won't roll your software back to a stable version though, in case that's what you were after. You can do it, but you'll need a PC with smartSwitch. Saying that I heard the stable OneUI 6 is coming out next week, so probably not too long to wait now.

To withdraw from the Beta programme, you must apply for withdrawal through Samsung Members application on your device (Settings > One UI Beta Programme status > "Withdraw" menu).

To perform a rollback to the previous version of the system you need to use the Smart Switch PC Version on your computer. The rollback resets the device and removes data generated during beta testing.
