I have had the same issue. I use Google Fi and have extended warranty so they sent me a new phone. But I need to wipe the old phone and don't know how with the main screen black.

I know a law firm already getting ready to file a class-action against them due to their poor responses to an obvious flaw they caused.... keep an eye out for it. You might also (if in USA) file a complaint with the FTC.

Took me about 4 days to hear from samsung manager after I asked for a call back. To hear when I sent my phone in was also about 4 or 5 days

Wow seriously! what color did you have? Supposedly they are fixing mine but Im guessing if they cant fix yours they wont be able to fix mine either. Im going to be sooo p*ssed. I truly love the samsung phones and have always had them with no issues until this dang phone but the way this has all been handled has not been cool for anyone. I told the lady on the phone it was a lawsuit waiting to happen also if they keep telling everyone they need to pay for a clear phone failure. Ugh! I guess I will be prepared for this and maybe just go back to my Samsung S24 then if they cant fix my flip =(

Also suffering from the same issue.... from what I can gather from different communities and observations from my device, the latest update has caused a memory leak with the output processor between the the cover and main display.
There may of been some settings that did not play well with that update, tried reverting them back but may of corrupted the graphics processing unit once the changes were made
The settings I've made to the system before encountering the Black Screen were:
Maximum 80% Battery
Disable Animation
Extra Light Dimming
Reduced core processing
and some other stuff to increase battery life/phone duration
Tried reverting those minor changes with no success as the graphics output appears to of crapped itself out.
Can others confirm if they've used a similar setting when the phone conked itself?
Thanks
