Firstly need to make sure its not an app or theme causing the issue
If you go into the phone app and dial *#0*#
At the top are 3 different colour test cards
If the lines dissappears doing these tests then there is something on the phone causing the problem
If the lines is still there I the tests. Then best to contact Samsung Customer Support to book a repair
