Flip 6 screen unresponsive

My Flip 6 screen is unresponsive. It works randomly. I have to turn it off a few times to get it to work. The front screen works.  It is happening in safe mode too. How do i get it fixed? I am in Dublin Ireland.

Honestly the only answer I can see to this is contacting samsung support directly.

Try a few things
*simple soft reboot
press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button down simultaneously until restart

*clear cache partition
Plug into pc/laptop before anything or the menu won't show

Go to samsung members and do a diagnostics check.
