Hello @MGazur
If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.
As the generic troubleshooting steps including a factory reset hasn't resolved the problem then I would suggest using a Samsung Service Centre.
Would you let us know how you get on please.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I am having the exact same problem with my $1,000 phone. In mid use the phone screen went completely black. I had already sent the phone back for a black blob on the crease. 4 months later the screen went completely black

Yes, I just had the update and this happened. Went through hell with customer service and they told me to go to a local store. So I did, they said warranty issue, so Samsung made me send it. Now they are trying to charge me $345 to fix it saying its an "out of warranty" issue although the phone was perfect when I sent it in. Im waiting for a manager to call back but I doubt it will go anywhere if anything like my experiences. I have always had Samsung and lover them but I saw some posts already of this exact thing happening to many people now. Samsung trying to charge to fix the PHONE issue. SUCKS SO BAD!!!!

Mine just randomly started doing that today. I thought maybe a hinge issue? Because my outer screen works fine. But once I open it, I just get a black screen. I even get the shutter noise/ lock or unlock noise when I press the lock button. I've always had a case. I've inky had the phone since it released and I've been babied this thing. I definitely havnt done the 200k folds on it. And I haven't like slammed it closed or anything so idk why I'm getting a random issue. And it just started I wonder if it's from the update? Or maybe the hinge is faulty?

It sounds like same thing we all are going through. Problem is Samsung is going to tell you...you broke it then try and charge you. It's awful. Idk how they can't know it's the phone at this point. Or they don't cate it's extra money to make us pay so we can. Use our phones again. Same thing..updated. front screen works..inside screen just black. Sent in and trying to charge $345 to fix.

They said it was the screen and out of warranty. No explanation really other then out of warranty. I've been waiting for a manager to call me back. It's been 3 days. Otherwise either I pay or they return the phone broken. Phone was in literal perfect condition until that update and screen went black.

Out of interest, who said its an out of warranty issue? I've got the same issue with a Zflip 4 still under warranty.
