Can you please first run the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App to see if that throws any light on this issue your facing.
There is also Safe Mode > Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.
If all else fails send feedback via your Samsung Members App as they maybe able to further assist.
