Serious software issues with Fold 4!!!

Steps to the issues: 

1) unfold the phone

2) connect to a external monitor with type C HDMI cables

3) use your phone as touch pad

4) on the monitor, launch any apps or games (the games launched is MLBB)

5) on the monitor, the screen hang/freeze

6) un-plugged my phone from the cable and try to turn off

7) glitch issues happen, when unfold the screen totally blackout, then fold back and the front screen remain blackout. - phone is dead.

8 ) after sometimes (without a fix time, some time very fast and some time take very long), the phone auto restarted. 

9) after restarted, some setting changes (i have 2 sims card, default is the 1st sim, but after restart it defaulted to 2nd sim)

10) phone is lagging, after a while only restart. 

11) no longer able to unfold the screen. if unfolded, it repeated from the step 1 above. 

Please help! anyone encountered this issues, so sad and feel bad with the quality of phone.

Sounds like the internals are damaged somehow, also when connecting to an external monitor you have to use a cable that is capable of carrying that amount of data. Some cables will throttle and cause issues, my suggestion is to contact Samsung for options, they might be able to see remotely what is going on. You can also run a diagnostic test yourself from your settings, then you might find out what is wrong. I hope this helps 🙏

Had tried your suggestion but no luck. 

I've also factory reset the phone, the issues still persist.
