Samsung Z Flip 5 outer screen lag

My outer screen is seriously lagging to the stage where its no usable. 

I have tried, restart, wiping cache, closing all apps, checking animation scale is at 1x, turned off power saving.......nothing has made a difference. 

can someone assist please?

Have you carried out anything that forces apps work on the flips outer screen ? 

Anything downloaded via an apk ?

Can you please first run the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App to see if that throws any light on this issue your facing. 

There is also Safe Mode >  Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. 

If all else fails send feedback via your Samsung Members App as they maybe able to further assist.
