Despite providing evidence multiple times that I've sent all the devices required for my initial trade-in, my device has been incorrectly locked. This situation is significantly impacting my livelihood, entering the second day without access to my device and my client base. Essential notes crucial for monitoring my health are stored on my device, and the locking has now distorted my results.
In my initial contact with Samsung on September 19th, 2023, I shared receipts as proof of returns. At that time, I was advised to disregard the messages on the device, with the assurance that, over time, they would cease. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. The issue persists, and I urgently seek a resolution to unlock my device. The prolonged inconvenience is affecting both my professional and personal life.
Does anyone has contacts for Ceo complaints as this device is not fit for purpose?
