Z Flip 5 Cover Contacts

I am getting very frustrated with my phone. I have added contacts to the cover screen for speed dialling (you can add up to six) but some of them keep disappearing. This has happened multiple times. Last time I added five contact, just looked at the screen and there are only two there. Can anyone help please?

If not, where are the contacts that are remaining, saved to?

For instance, I have always saved all my contacts to my Google gmail address.

Hi, thanks for replying. Again I am down to two cover contacts after re-adding five last week. I've checked where they are saved to phone and sim1. Do you think it's worth saving to google as you have done?

I recommend saving contacts to just your gmail account as if your phone is lost, stolen, broken, any contacts saved to phone or SIM are lost.
