Hello @interior7  👋

Which method did you use to transfer your data from your previous phone to your new one ?

Some people use SmartSwitch which can occasionally hiccup.

https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-switch-my-android-device/

I personally back up to Samsung Cloud which then moves my data across, including my contacts held in my Samsung Contacts app.

https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/apps-services/use-the-samsung-cloud-to-back-up-and-restore-data-t...

I then only use Samsung SmartSwitch to move my Gallery across that hold my photo's.

I do not use any other contacts app.

i.e

Google Contacts. Add or move contacts

If you do ensure they are synced in your new phone.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

@interior7: Further to the above, if your contacts were synced to your Samsung or Google account then please swipe up from your Home screen > Select the 'Contacts' app > Tap the 3 lines in the top left > Manage contacts > Sync contacts > Make sure the relevant account is toggled on > Sync. Furthermore, swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom, then again to enlarge the Quick Panel, and make sure that 'Sync' is enabled.

After completing these steps, head back to the Contacts Home page > Tap the 3 lines in the top left > Make sure that 'All contacts' is selected in the bar at the top of the side window.
