Z Flip 3 duplicating apps

Can anyone help my Samsung galaxy z flip 3 is downloading 2 of the same app when I go on playstore,I've uninstall the app but both uninstall,I've restarted my phone cleared the playstore cache and it's still duplicating any app I download I've had this problem before and managed to get it fixed through chatting on samsung members,but this time it's still not going back to just downloading one app.this is so stressful,it seems to happen after I cancel payment after a free trial,this is a joke

Have you got a third party launcher installed?

What is a third party launcher? Sorry I'm not tech savvy,can you please explain.

Hi. If you don't know about it, then you don't have it.

Basically, you can change your home One Ui launcher to a third party one from google Store

Third party launchers can give you different functions vertical app scrolling if you don't like the horizontal one with Samsung launcher.
Etc.

There are launchers from Microsoft with all their apps thrown in etc.

Basically more customisation.

This had happened before and I cleared the cache on the playstore app and restarted my phone after that it was working fine,This might be coincidence but the last time I stopped payment to the playstore soon as I done that I started getting duplicate apps,done the above it stopped,I just cancelled a payment then the duplicate apps started again!!

I cancelled a payment to the playstore soon as I did that I started getting duplicate apps,I managed to get it fixed,Then again I got 3 months Spotify free as soon as I cancelled the payment the duplicate apps started,also the playstore said the last app I downloaded was like 5 months ago,I've downloaded apps after that ie Spotify could this be anything to do with it?

Hi @BandOfBrothers I downloaded the amazon music app,I also downloaded it onto mu samsung tv but I've deleted them both now.

It might be beneficial to contact the Team at Google Playstore and also the Team at Samsung via your Samsung Members App @bettsy
