@vik18: Is the line visible at all times? If so, pleas head to the Phone app > Dial *#0*# into the Keypad > Select Red, Green and Blue from the series of grey tiles. Is the line visible in any of these tests? If so then this is a hardware issue, and will require an engineers inspection in order to be resolved. In this instance, please head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and get in touch via your preferred contact method, and an advisor will be on hand to assist you further.
