WiFi not connecting and mobile restarts!

Hi everyone, 

Recently, all of a sudden my galaxy z fold 3 became disconnected from the WiFi!

And once I open the fold to the big screen, the mobile becomes unstable and restarts on it own

N.B. I tried - restarting the device, - resetting the wifi & Bluetooth, - clearing the cache! But not resolved!

Any recommendations?

Too many negative reviews with the Fold Phones! To be honest, you are best off contacting samsung or going to their store to get that fixed for free under warranty. It sounds internally faulty. You just have to bring your receipt as proof of ownership.

Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

Sounds like the cable in the fold has failed. You'll be out of warranty at this stage. Pretty common on older generations.

Best bet is going to be to upgrade.
